We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item(s) for any reason, we accept returns & exchange.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Please note that we only offer one-time exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover any return shipping costs associated with the defective item. 

Items Not Satisfactory

Items that do not have any problems cannot be returned simply because you are not satisfied with them.

Non Returnable Items 

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as non-returnable

Exchange/Return Criteria

You need to meet these criteria for requesting return/exchange :

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

 To initiate a return/exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Our Return & Exchange T&C : We reserve the right to reject item(s) that do not fulfill the condition that we've stated on our return & exchange policy.

  2. Contact us : Contact our customer service team here with your order number and details about the product you would like to return/exchange with your unboxing video. 

  3. Pack and Ship: Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Return & Exchange Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process return or exchange process.

  • For return, we issue a refund to your original method of payment within 3 business days (exclude shipping cost). 
  • For exchange, we will exchange and ship it back to you as soon as we received your return

(!) For any complaints regarding your product, please ensure you have an unboxing video as evidence to support your claim. We cannot process your request without this video.
