Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you're not happy with your item(s) for any reason, we accept returns—currently available only for Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore.

Please read our Return & Exchange Terms & Conditions below:

1. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow the return process.
We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping fees for defective/wrong items.

Important: An unboxing video is required as proof.
Without this video, we are unable to process any replacement or refund.

3. Items Not Satisfactory

Items without any issues (not defective, not damaged, not incorrect) cannot be returned simply due to dissatisfaction.

4. Non-Returnable Items

These items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as “non-returnable”
5. Return/Exchange Requirements

To be eligible for a return/exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • You must submit a return request within 3 days after receiving your order.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Final sale/clearance items are not eligible unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
6. Return Costs

For Indonesian Customers

  • You must send your return item to our warehouse in Jakarta.
  • Shipping from your address to our warehouse is your responsibility.
  • A return processing fee of IDR 10,000 per return applies
    (covers packaging, inbound, and outbound warehouse handling).

For International Customers (Malaysia & Singapore)

  • You must send your return item to our partner warehouse in Malaysia or Singapore.
  • Shipping from your address to our partner warehouse is your responsibility.

After the item arrives at the partner warehouse:

  • Shipping to our Indonesia warehouse: IDR 150,000 per kg
    (≈ 35 MYR or 11.8 SGD)
  • Return processing fee: IDR 10,000 per return
    (≈ 2.5 MYR or 0.8 SGD)


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Step 1 — Check Our Return & Exchange T&C

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy requirements.

Step 2 — Fill Out the Return Request Form

Please complete our form here and upload supporting files explaining your reason for return.

Step 3 — Receive & Print the Return Label

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will email you a return label containing the correct return address.

Step 4 — Pack & Ship Your Item

  • Make sure the item is in original condition.
  • Pack securely to avoid damage.
  • Attach the return label to your package and send it to the address on the return label.
  • You are responsible for the shipping fee unless the issue is caused by us.

Step 5 — Return Approval & Refund

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days (excluding return processing fees that we've mentioned above).


Important Notice

For any complaints regarding product condition, an unboxing video is mandatory.
We cannot process claims without it.
