Which shipping companies do you use ?

For domestic orders, we use Lion Parcel , Grab/Gojek Sameday/Instant.

For international orders, we use Rayspeed Asia.

How long do domestic orders take ?

Please allow 2-5 days for regular shipping and 1-2 days for express shipping.

How long do international orders take ?

Please allow 3-5 days for regular shipping. There is no express shipping available for international.

How can I get free shipping offer ?

Free shipping is availabe with minimum purchase and it's automatically applied at the checkout page.

  • For Indonesian Customer, orders above IDR 449.000
  • For Malaysian Customer, orders above RM 345
  • For SIngaporean Customer, orders above S$99
Can you provide worldwide shipping ?

Yes, we do. For now our website is only available for Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia.

Other than these 3 Countries, please refer to our Whatsapp for manual order. Our CS will help you to handle your order.

How can I track my shipping ?

I want to use Gojek/Grab Instant. Where are you based ?

We are based in Medan, Indonesia.

For now, instant & sameday service is only available for Medan area only.

Our website also provide Gojek/Grab service if you are located in Medan.

What happens if my order is lost during delivery ?

We're really sorry about that but Florenco can't take responsible for the risk of loss that causes by the shipping companies.

Also, Florenco is not responsible if your package won't deliver in time for the following reasons: incomplete/misspelled address, incorrect phone number, no response or no one available to accept the package at the delivery address.

How can I cancel my order ?

We're sorry but once your order is placed and shipped, your orders can't being cancelled.

What if I receive the wrong/damaged product?

We apologize for our mistake, please make sure to record a video while you are unboxing and send the video to our whatsapp.

Are your items ready stock ?

Yes, all items are ready stock unless it stated pre-order on the button. Make sure to pay attention on "pre-order" button.

I've ordered pre-order items. When will it arrive ?

Pre order items might take around 7-10 days to arrive to our office.

Once we ship your package, you will be notified from email with the tracking number.

How long does it take for you to process my orders?

We will process your orders in 1x24 hours after we receive your payment.

Please take note that our office hour is:

Monday-Friday : 09.00 - 17.00 WIB

Saturday : 09.00 - 12.00 WIB

We won't process your orders on Sunday & Indonesia National Public Holiday.

I've ordered, but it's late. Where is my package ?

There might be possibilities of delay cause by the shipping courier. 
Note : if your order is sent during public holiday, there may be some delays.

Can I exchange or return sale items or discounted items ?

Sorry but no. We don’t accept exchanges or returns for discounted or sales items.

Why does it say “Your order has been cancelled?”

Your order is automatically cancelled if your payment is not confirmed within 24 hours after you order.

Size chart is available on each product's page. Make sure to pay attention on each size before you purchase the item.

How to measure my body ?

Please refer to size measurement guide's page.

Is the size and color of your product the same as what is stated?

Please allow for 2-4 cm differences due to human error, as well as slight variations in color due to lighting during the photoshoot.
